Shipping, Freight & Delivery Details

How Our Shipping Process Works

Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email confirming that we’ve received your purchase. Our team then coordinates next steps for fulfillment and freight scheduling. If there are any questions regarding availability, lead time, or delivery requirements, we’ll reach out before shipment to ensure everything is aligned.

Freight Preparation & Carrier Pickup

Orders are prepared and shipped according to manufacturer packaging standards and carrier requirements. Once the order is released for shipment, it is picked up by a freight carrier and enters transit. Tracking information is provided once the shipment has left the originating facility.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

Most equipment and attachment orders are delivered within approximately 5–15 business days after shipment, depending on factors such as:

Carrier scheduling and transit distance

Custom mounting bracket fabrication

Delivery appointment coordination

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process if any updates arise.

Delivery Method & Access Requirements

Curbside Freight Delivery

Standard freight deliveries are made curbside, meaning the carrier will deliver the shipment to the nearest accessible location at your property.

Liftgate Delivery

Liftgate service may be available depending on the size and configuration of the machine. If liftgate delivery is required or recommended, this will be coordinated during the shipping process. It’s important to ensure adequate access for freight trucks and unloading at the delivery site prior to arrival.

Delivery Inspection & Freight Damage

Because equipment ships via freight, we strongly recommend inspecting your order at the time of delivery before signing the delivery receipt.

If visible damage is present, note it clearly on the delivery receipt and notify us immediately. If damage is discovered, we will work with you and the carrier to help resolve the situation as efficiently as possible. Prompt documentation is essential for successful freight claims, and our team will assist throughout the process if an issue occurs.

Delivery timelines can vary based on factors such as carrier scheduling, transit distance, freight size, and custom mounting or fitment requirements. Some attachments require machine-specific preparation before shipping.
