By using this website and purchasing from Currenhaus Supply, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before any product is shipped. Prices listed are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all product details are error-free. If a product offered is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Currenhaus Supply is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or manufacturers. Oversized items may require freight delivery and could arrive separately from other products.

4. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Refund Policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and meet all stated conditions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

5. Limitation of Liability

Currenhaus Supply is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
