Yes, we get it — Sometimes a product isn’t quite what you expected, or it didn’t fit your setup. That’s okay. At Currenhaus Supply, we aim to make your post-purchase experience as smooth and dependable as the gear we sell.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. We'll gladly issue a refund to your original payment method or offer store credit based on your needs.
To begin, please review the following guidelines, then submit a request through our contact form. Our team will respond within one business day.
1. Merchandise Condition
All returned items must be new and unused. They must be returned in the original packaging and include any labels, tags, or documentation from the manufacturer.
2. Return and Exchange Period
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of the item’s delivery. Once a return is approved and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is issued, the product must be shipped back within 5 days. RMAs that exceed this window will be void.
3. Seasonal Exceptions
Customers in severe winter regions may be granted extended return windows for store credit. Please include a note when placing your order if this applies.
4. Items That Cannot Be Returned
1. Custom-built or made-to-order items
2. Open-box units (if marked as such at time of purchase)
3. Clearance or discounted items labeled “Final Sale”
4. Any product that has been used, assembled, or installed
5. Items returned without original packaging or documentation
5. Documentation Required
Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive an RMA number via email. This number must be clearly written on the return packaging. After you ship your item, please send us the tracking number. Currenhaus Supply is not responsible for lost or untraceable returns. High-value returns should be insured, as we do not issue refunds for items that arrive damaged. Packages missing an RMA will be refused and returned to sender.
6. Shipping Costs
Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was shipped in error.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A return shipping fee of $15–$25 may apply, depending on the item’s size and category.
7. After 30 Days
Returns requested beyond 30 days may still be accepted for store credit only, provided the item is new and unused. A restocking fee will apply: 18% for hardware and 20% for gear. Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories and paperwork included.
8. Refund Timing
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Refunds are processed twice monthly — on the 15th and 30th.
