Choose the M450, M550, or M650 roller-vane motor to match the skid steer’s auxiliary hydraulic flow, rather than treating every carrier as the same setup. Baumalight publishes a 2-inch maximum felling capacity for this model, with actual performance determined by motor selection, available flow, working pressure, and material conditions. Reversible 1/4-inch AR400 slasher blades provide a durable cutting surface and can be serviced as their edges wear.

A 1/4-inch steel deck provides a solid base for repeated clearing passes. The driveline uses a hydraulic relief valve set at 3,000 PSI, while a heavy-duty output shaft shield helps protect vulnerable components from brush and debris. Hose Armour wraps protect the hydraulic lines in the working area. Powder-coated surfaces and anti-slip footing support practical outdoor use, and a replacement blade set is included with a new cutter.

Match the 1,390-lb attachment to Baumalight's 4,500–8,500 lb carrier range and confirm lift capacity, hydraulic output, and overall machine stability before ordering. The M450 does not need a case drain, while Baumalight recommends one for the M550 and M650. Standard couplers are included with the M450 and M550 configurations; the M650 requires separately supplied couplers.
