Baumalight TR330

The Baumalight TR330 Trailer Mounted Tree Spade combines tree digging and transport in one towable platform. With a 30-inch root ball diameter and 29-inch root ball depth, it is built for relocating established trees while carrying the soil and roots together. The trailer format gives landscaping and nursery crews a way to move between planting locations without keeping a loader attached to the spade.

Its 3 3/8-inch mild-alloy steel blades work around the tree to form the root ball. The semi-truncated blade profile shapes the base for lifting and placement, while the hinged frame opens for positioning around the trunk. A heavy-duty, powder-coated spade body and serviceable pivot points support repeated transplanting work through changing soil and site conditions.

Hydraulic tongue extension, lateral placement, and two-stage vertical positioning help align the spade with the digging site. These adjustments let the operator fine-tune reach, side-to-side location, and ground contact before extending the blades. The same controlled positioning supports lifting and setting the root ball into its prepared planting hole.

The TR330 includes a pintle hitch, safety chains, Torflex suspension axles, steel fenders, and a light kit. Select Trailer Only for use with a suitable external hydraulic supply, or Trailer + Hydraulic Power Pack to add the electric-start Honda GX630 688 cc gas power pack. Designed for up to 3-inch evergreen trunks and 2.5-inch hardwood trunks, this package gives crews a practical platform for nursery moves, landscape relocation, and tree transport.
