MOST IMPORTANT FEATURES

36-INCH CUTTING WIDTH

THE COMPACT 36-INCH CUTTING HEAD REACHES VEGETATION AROUND DITCHES, BANKS, AND AREAS ACCESSIBLE TO THE EXCAVATOR’S BOOM. THE EXCAVATOR MOUNTING BRACKET IS SOLD SEPARATELY.

ENCLOSED DIRECT DRIVE

THE MOTOR AND DRIVE ASSEMBLY SIT INSIDE A PROTECTIVE ENCLOSURE. DIRECT DRIVE ELIMINATES GEARS BETWEEN THE HYDRAULIC MOTOR AND CUTTING ASSEMBLY.

FORGED HEAT-TREATED AXLE

A ONE-PIECE FORGED, HEAT-TREATED AXLE WORKS INSIDE A ONE-PIECE IRON HOUSING. TWO OVERSIZED TAPERED ROLLER BEARINGS SUPPORT THE ROTATING ASSEMBLY.

3/16-INCH REINFORCED DECK

THE REINFORCED STEEL DECK IS 3/16 INCH THICK. A WIRE-PROTECTED LOWER GREASE SEAL HELPS SHIELD THE SEAL AREA FROM WRAPPED VEGETATION.

BIDIRECTIONAL CUTTING SYSTEM

FORGED, HEAT-TREATED BLADES CUT IN BOTH DIRECTIONS. HYDRAULIC PRESSURE RELIEF OPERATES IN BOTH ROTATION DIRECTIONS, WITH MOTOR DISPLACEMENT SELECTED TO SUIT THE MACHINE.

Express Steel 36-Inch Mini Excavator Brush Cutter

The Express Steel 36-Inch Mini Excavator Brush Cutter brings rotary vegetation cutting to banks, ditches, and other areas reached by your excavator’s boom. Its 36-inch cutting width pairs with a Geroller-style hydraulic motor.

The motor and drive assembly sit inside a protective enclosure. Direct drive eliminates gears between the hydraulic motor and cutting assembly. A one-piece forged, heat-treated axle works inside a one-piece iron housing. Two oversized tapered roller bearings support the rotating assembly.

The reinforced steel deck is 3/16 inch thick. A wire-protected lower grease seal helps shield the seal area from wrapped vegetation. Forged, heat-treated blades cut in both directions. Hydraulic pressure relief operates in both rotation directions, with motor displacement selected to suit the machine.

The machine-specific excavator mounting bracket is sold separately. Match the bracket and exact hydraulic motor to your excavator before ordering.
