MOST IMPORTANT FEATURES

HYDRAULIC HEAD ROTATION

HYDRAULIC ROTATION CHANGES THE ORIENTATION OF THE GRAPPLE HEAD. THIS WORKING FUNCTION IS SEPARATE FROM OPENING AND CLOSING THE JAWS.

62-INCH JAW OPENING

THE JAWS OPEN TO 62 INCHES AND CLOSE TO 5 INCHES. POSITION THE GRAPPLE AROUND THE MATERIAL BEFORE APPLYING CLAMPING PRESSURE.

2,500-LB ATTACHMENT RATING

THE GRAPPLE HAS A 2,500-POUND ATTACHMENT RATING. THE CARRIER’S LIFT CAPACITY AND ACTUAL LOAD POSITION MAY REQUIRE A LOWER WORKING LOAD.

SERRATED MOUNT AND BOOM

THE MOUNT AND BOOM USE SERRATED WORKING SURFACES. A HEAVY-DUTY WELDED CYLINDER SUPPLIES JAW MOVEMENT.

UNIVERSAL WIRING HARNESS

A UNIVERSAL WIRING HARNESS IS INCLUDED WITH THIS CONFIGURATION. CHECK THE CONTROL CONNECTION AND HYDRAULIC ROUTING WHEN SETTING UP THE ATTACHMENT.

Express Steel Hydraulic Rotating Log Grapple

The Express Steel Hydraulic Rotating Log Grapple positions and carries logs with a matching loader. It connects through a Universal skid steer quick attach interface.

Hydraulic rotation changes the orientation of the grapple head. This working function is separate from opening and closing the jaws. The jaws open to 62 inches and close to 5 inches. Position the grapple around the material before applying clamping pressure.

The grapple has a 2,500-pound attachment rating. The carrier’s lift capacity and actual load position may require a lower working load. The mount and boom use serrated working surfaces. A heavy-duty welded cylinder supplies jaw movement.

A universal wiring harness is included with this configuration. Check the control connection and hydraulic routing when setting up the attachment. Account for attachment weight, payload, load position, and the carrier’s rated capacity before lifting or transporting material.
