Express Steel Pallet Fork Grapple

The Express Steel Pallet Fork Grapple combines a fork pair and hydraulic upper clamp for material handling. It connects through a Universal skid steer quick attach interface. The selected assembly includes a pair of Class II fork blades.

Heavy-duty 4-inch by 4-inch square tubing forms the frame. The structure connects the fork carriage to the grapple assembly. A protected hydraulic cylinder measures 2 inches by 10 inches. It operates the upper clamp through the carrier’s auxiliary circuit.

The carriage uses a CNC-machined bar with three locking locations. Class II fork blades can be positioned for the supported load. Oversized 1.25-inch greaseable pins support the moving grapple. Adjustable pin positions change the working opening.

Choose a complete assembly with 42-inch or 48-inch Class II fork blades. The fork pair and upper grapple work together for supported material handling. Account for attachment weight, payload, load position, and the carrier’s rated capacity before lifting or transporting material.
