Container Wedge Ramps

The container wedge ramps provide two separate wheel paths for a compatible forklift entering a shipping container. Their shape supports the container-edge transition without a full-width single-piece ramp.

The pair is rated for 10,000 lb. per axle and is offered in two lengths at a 16″ width per ramp. The supplier lists a 6″ loading height. Check the forklift’s wheel positions, axle weight and clearance, and position both ramps to support the wheels throughout the transition.

Measure the actual container edge and check the equipment’s loaded axle weight, wheel spacing and ground clearance. Wedge ramp pairs are intended for forklifts; the single-piece container ramps can serve suitable forklifts or pallet jacks.
