Modular Step Deck Loading System

The modular step deck system uses separate ramp sections and support stands to create a loading path for wheeled equipment. It is intended for haulers who need a system that can be broken down and stored between loading operations.

Pin-on connections secure the sections to the appropriate mounting points. Choose capacity and dimensions around the heaviest axle, tire width and trailer loading height. A modular ramp system does not automatically include the components required for a load-leveling application.

Before ordering, measure the trailer rise and check the heaviest loaded axle, tire width, wheel spacing and ground clearance. For load-leveling use, also confirm trailer width, stake-pocket dimensions, deck drop, lumber and chain securement. Use the selected configuration only within its specified limits. Capacity is a per-axle rating, not a blanket approval for every machine with a lower total weight.
