Punch-Plate Container Ramps

The punch-plate container ramp provides a wide approach for loading a suitable shipping container with a forklift or pallet jack. The aluminum truss structure supports the ramp while the punched surface allows water and debris to pass through.

Both configurations are 36″ wide with an 8,000 lb. per-axle rating. Choose between 36″ and 48″ lengths around the loading arrangement, and verify the container edge and equipment clearance. Ramp thickness is not the same measurement as the container loading height.

Measure the actual container edge and check the equipment’s loaded axle weight, wheel spacing and ground clearance. Wedge ramp pairs are intended for forklifts; the single-piece container ramps can serve suitable forklifts or pallet jacks. Position the ramp on a stable surface with proper support at the container edge, and stay within the selected model’s rating.
