Semi-Truck Service Ramps

The semi-truck service ramp pair raises a suitable rubber-wheeled commercial vehicle for maintenance and inspection. It is intended for stationary service work rather than loading a vehicle onto a trailer.

The pair is rated for 20,000 lb. per axle and measures 64″ × 16″ per ramp. Aluminum construction keeps each ramp at approximately 48 lb. The 13.25″ overall height includes the ramp structure; it should not be confused with the tire lift height.

Check the heaviest axle, tire width and approach clearance before choosing a service ramp. Position the pair on a firm, level surface, apply the parking brake and chock the wheels that remain on the ground. Follow the manufacturer’s service procedure and use suitable jack stands before working beneath the vehicle. These ramps are not recommended for forklifts, tracked machines, road grinders or rollers.
