Description

The Crystal Quest High-Flow Reverse Osmosis (RO) System delivers powerful, reliable water purification for industrial, agricultural, and municipal applications. With configurable flow rates from 10,000 to 50,000 gallons per day (GPD), it’s ideal for well water treatment, food and beverage production, hydroponics, irrigation, manufacturing, and mobile treatment trailers. Each unit arrives fully assembled, pre-plumbed, and pre-wired to reduce installation time and cost. The compact, powder-coated aluminum skid frame saves space, allows easy service access, and is built for long-term durability under continuous operation. Rated for heavy-duty use yet designed with a compact footprint, the system is perfect for both stationary installations and mobile trailer integration. Dry weight ranges from 400–650 lbs, with power requirements of 110/220V single-phase. Pretreatment options (sediment, carbon, antiscalant) ensure peak membrane life, while upgrade packages — including advanced controllers, recycle valves, and remote monitoring — allow you to tailor performance to your exact needs.

Shipping

Reverse Osmosis Systems are shipped directly from our U.S. manufacturing and distribution facilities. Standard processing requires 2–3 business days to confirm payment, complete assembly checks, and prepare the system for freight pickup. Transit times vary by destination and carrier, but most orders arrive within 7–12 business days after leaving our facility. Each unit is securely packaged on a skid or in a protective crate to ensure safe transport and prevent damage in transit. Lift-gate delivery is available for residential or limited-access locations and can be requested at checkout. Shipping dimensions and weights are listed on each product page so customers can plan for unloading and installation. Once your order has shipped, our logistics team will provide tracking details and coordinate scheduling to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Warranty

All RO Systems are backed by a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. This coverage protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and ensures peace of mind for your investment. Each system is factory-tested prior to shipment, but if a warranty issue arises, replacement parts or repair support will be provided promptly. Warranty service does not cover consumables such as membranes, filters, or media, which are considered wear items, nor does it extend to damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or inadequate pretreatment. Our support team is available to guide you through troubleshooting, maintenance, and warranty claims to keep your system performing reliably.
