MOST IMPORTANT FEATURES

35-TON SPLITTING FORCE

A 35-TON SPLITTING-FORCE RATING SUPPORTS HYDRAULIC FIREWOOD PROCESSING WITH A SUITABLE CARRIER. THE CYLINDER DRIVES THE SPLITTING ACTION WHILE THE LOADER POSITIONS THE ATTACHMENT AT THE WORK AREA.

32-1/4-INCH OPENING

THE SPLITTING ASSEMBLY HAS A 32-1/4-INCH OPENING FOR POSITIONING WOOD BETWEEN THE WORKING COMPONENTS. MATCH EACH PIECE TO THE AVAILABLE SPACE AND OPERATING PROCEDURE BEFORE CYCLING THE SPLITTER.

5-INCH BORE HYDRAULIC CYLINDER

AN ENCLOSED CYLINDER USES A 5-INCH BORE AND 36-INCH STROKE TO OPERATE THE SPLITTING MECHANISM. THE SURROUNDING COVER SHIELDS THE CYLINDER FROM DIRECT CONTACT WITH LOGS AND LOOSE MATERIAL.

ROUND-TUBE MAIN BEAM

A ROUND-TUBE MAIN BEAM RESISTS TWISTING AS THE SPLITTER WORKS. REPLACEABLE NYLON GUIDES SUPPORT MOVEMENT ALONG THE BEAM AND HELP PREVENT METAL-TO-METAL GALLING.

UPRIGHT OR INVERTED OPERATION

TWO QUICK-ATTACH POSITIONS ALLOW UPRIGHT OPERATION OR INVERTED SPLITTING FROM THE CAB. THE INVERTED ARRANGEMENT LETS ONE OPERATOR POSITION THE ATTACHMENT OVER WOOD USING THE LOADER CONTROLS.

Loflin 35-Ton Hydraulic Log Splitter

The Loflin Fabrication 35-Ton Hydraulic Log Splitter processes firewood using a suitable skid steer or compact track loader. A 32-1/4-inch opening provides space to position wood in the splitting assembly.

An enclosed hydraulic cylinder with a 5-inch bore and 36-inch stroke drives the splitting action. The round-tube main beam resists twist, while replaceable nylon guides help prevent galling along the beam.

Two quick-attach positions support upright operation or inverted splitting from the cab. Oversized, greasable 1-3/4-inch pins support the moving assembly, and Parker hoses, fittings, and couplers connect the splitter to the auxiliary circuit.

The operating flow range is 6–40 GPM, and the attachment weighs 1,130 pounds. Optional multi-way wedges and the table with hand control are sold separately. Confirm the mounting connection, hydraulic settings, machine capacity, and operating arrangement before use.

Loflin 35-Ton Hydraulic Log Splitter

  • A 35-ton splitting-force rating supports hydraulic firewood processing with a suitable carrier. The cylinder drives the splitting action while the loader positions the attachment at the work area.
  • The splitting assembly has a 32-1/4-inch opening for positioning wood between the working components. Match each piece to the available space and operating procedure before cycling the splitter.
  • An enclosed cylinder uses a 5-inch bore and 36-inch stroke to operate the splitting mechanism. The surrounding cover shields the cylinder from direct contact with logs and loose material.
  • A round-tube main beam resists twisting as the splitter works. Replaceable nylon guides support movement along the beam and help prevent metal-to-metal galling.
  • Two quick-attach positions allow upright operation or inverted splitting from the cab. The inverted arrangement lets one operator position the attachment over wood using the loader controls.
