THE BAR USES REPLACEABLE PENGO 2300 SERIES TEETH FOR ITS GROUND-ENGAGING EDGE. INDIVIDUAL TEETH CAN BE SERVICED SEPARATELY FROM THE MAIN TOOTHBAR STRUCTURE.

1/2 × 4-INCH BASE EDGE

THE TEETH ATTACH TO A 1/2-INCH BY 4-INCH CUTTING-EDGE BASE. MATCH THIS BASE PROFILE TO THE RECEIVING BUCKET EDGE AND THE REQUIRED MOUNTING POSITION.

REMOVABLE BOLT-ON ASSEMBLY

THE COMPLETE TOOTHBAR ATTACHES USING THE INSTALLATION HARDWARE. REMOVING THE ASSEMBLY RESTORES ACCESS TO THE ORIGINAL SMOOTH BUCKET EDGE FOR OTHER WORK.

INSTALLATION HARDWARE INCLUDED

BOLTS AND INSTALLATION HARDWARE ARE INCLUDED WITH THE TOOTHBAR. ALIGN THE BAR TO THE BUCKET AND FOLLOW THE CORRECT FASTENING AND INSPECTION PROCEDURE.

INSIDE-BUCKET WIDTH SIZING

THE BAR IS SIZED AGAINST THE SPACE BETWEEN THE BUCKET INSIDE EDGES. CHOOSE THE ACTUAL LENGTH SHOWN IN THE OPTION; XHD BUCKET INSTALLATIONS ARE EXCLUDED.

Loflin Mini Bucket Toothbars

The Loflin Fabrication Mini Bucket Toothbars add replaceable digging teeth to a matching smooth-edge low profile bucket. The removable assembly allows the bucket to return to a smooth-edge configuration when the toothbar is removed.

The toothbar uses replaceable Pengo 2300 series teeth on a 1/2-inch by 4-inch cutting edge. Bolts and installation hardware are included with the bar.

Measure between the bucket inside edges and select the exact bar length shown in the option. The actual mini bar lengths range from 34-3/4 to 48-3/4 inches.

These toothbars do not fit XHD buckets. Confirm the bucket edge geometry and mounting clearance before drilling or installing the supplied hardware.
