MOST IMPORTANT FEATURES

THREE-TINE WORKING HEAD

THE THREE-TINE HEAD ENGAGES THE GROUND AHEAD OF EXCAVATION. ITS OPEN RIPPING PROFILE LOOSENS MATERIAL WITHOUT THE SOLID SHELL OF A DIGGING BUCKET.

BOBCAT X-CHANGE MOUNT

THE ATTACHMENT USES A BOBCAT X-CHANGE MOUNTING CONFIGURATION. MATCH THE EXACT COUPLER AND CARRIER BEFORE ORDERING; THIS INTERFACE IS NOT A UNIVERSAL EXCAVATOR PIN-ON MOUNT.

CARRIER-POWERED MOVEMENT

THE EXCAVATOR BOOM, STICK, AND CURL LINKAGE MOVE THE RIPPER THROUGH THE GROUND. THE ATTACHMENT HAS NO INDEPENDENT HYDRAULIC MOTOR OR PTO POWER INPUT.

OPEN RIPPING PROFILE

THE OPEN WORKING HEAD LOOSENS MATERIAL RATHER THAN RETAINING A BUCKET LOAD. IT CAN BE EXCHANGED FOR A DIGGING BUCKET WHEN THE LOOSENED MATERIAL NEEDS TO BE REMOVED.

FOCUSED GROUND ENGAGEMENT

THE THREE-TINE LAYOUT APPLIES THE CARRIER MOVEMENT THROUGH A DEFINED GROUND-CONTACT PATTERN. USE CONTROLLED PASSES AND STAY WITHIN THE EXCAVATOR AND ATTACHMENT WORKING LIMITS.

Loflin 3-Tine Ripper

The Loflin Fabrication 3-Tine Ripper For Mini Excavators provides a three-tine working head for loosening material before excavation. The open profile engages the ground without carrying the solid shell of a digging bucket.

The excavator supplies working movement through its boom, stick, and bucket linkage. This is a passive attachment with no separate hydraulic motor, auxiliary hose circuit, or PTO connection.

This configuration uses a Bobcat X-Change mount. Confirm the exact mounting interface, machine class, and handling capacity before ordering; other mounting arrangements require a separate specification and price.

Use controlled ground-engagement passes suited to the soil, roots, and site conditions. Exchange the ripper for a bucket when loosened material needs to be excavated or loaded.

Loflin 3-Tine Ripper

  • The three-tine head engages the ground ahead of excavation. Its open ripping profile loosens material without the solid shell of a digging bucket.
  • The attachment uses a Bobcat X-Change mounting configuration. Match the exact coupler and carrier before ordering; this interface is not a universal excavator pin-on mount.
  • The excavator boom, stick, and curl linkage move the ripper through the ground. The attachment has no independent hydraulic motor or PTO power input.
  • The open working head loosens material rather than retaining a bucket load. It can be exchanged for a digging bucket when the loosened material needs to be removed.
  • The three-tine layout applies the carrier movement through a defined ground-contact pattern. Use controlled passes and stay within the excavator and attachment working limits.
