MOST IMPORTANT FEATURES

6" × 24" WAFER SIZE

THE REPLACEMENT WAFER USES THE 6" × 24" SIZE FOR THE MATCHING LOFLIN PICKUP BROOM. CONFIRM THE ORIGINAL WAFER AND SHAFT ARRANGEMENT BEFORE CHOOSING A SERVICE PART.

THREE BRUSH MATERIALS

CHOOSE POLY, MIXED POLY/STEEL, OR ALL-STEEL WAFER MATERIAL. THE SELECTED MATERIAL RENEWS THE WORKING BRUSH SECTION WITH THE CORRESPONDING BRISTLE CONFIGURATION.

INDIVIDUAL REPLACEMENT WAFER

EACH SELECTION IS ONE REPLACEMENT WAFER RATHER THAN A COMPLETE BRUSH SET. DETERMINE THE NUMBER OF WORN SECTIONS AND THE REQUIRED ARRANGEMENT BEFORE ORDERING.

ROTATING BRUSH COMPONENT

THE WAFER FORMS ONE SECTION OF THE HOST BROOM ROTATING BRUSH. ITS WORKING BRISTLES CONTACT THE SURFACE AS THE COMPLETE BROOM ASSEMBLY TURNS.

HOST SHAFT INSTALLATION

THE REPLACEMENT WAFER FITS WITHIN THE MATCHING BROOM SHAFT ARRANGEMENT. INSPECT THE SHAFT, RETAINING COMPONENTS, AND ADJACENT WAFERS WHEN SERVICING THE WORKING BRUSH.

Loflin Pickup Broom Replacement Wafers

The Loflin Fabrication Pickup Broom Replacement Wafers renew the working brush material in the matching Loflin pickup broom. The replacement wafer size is 6" × 24".

Choose poly, mixed poly/steel, or all-steel material to match the required brush arrangement. Each option is sold as one wafer, with complete brush sets and shafts sold separately.

Confirm the original part number, wafer dimensions, and shaft interface before service. Inspect the remaining wafers and retaining components, and install the selected material using the broom service procedure.
