UtiliTough UT1200

The UtiliTough UT1200 Whisper Series hydraulic breaker puts a 1,200 ft-lb impact energy class to work on concrete, rock, and masonry. Sized for excavators in the 13,228–22,046 lb carrier range, it provides a dedicated breaking attachment for demolition, trenching, and site preparation.

A floating power cell inside the enclosed housing helps reduce vibration transfer and operating noise. The internal valve design simplifies service, while heat-treated working tools, large tool pins, and dust protection support repeated use in demanding material.

Hydraulic auto-lube is standard, and the work mode selector lets operators adapt striking performance to the application. The UT1200 requires 11–25 GPM at 1,991–2,418 PSI; the excavator’s breaker circuit must be adjusted to the attachment requirements.

The package includes a common excavator pin-on or quick-attach mounting bracket, appropriate hydraulic hoses and fittings, two working tools, a gas charging kit, a repair toolbox, and documentation. A three-year warranty excludes wear parts. Provide the excavator model and coupler details so the mounting configuration can be matched before shipment.
