DESCRIPTION
The Virnig Cold Planer mills asphalt and concrete with five cutting widths from 18-48 inches. A direct-drive bent-axis piston motor and replaceable carbide picks handle pavement removal, surface repairs, and transitions alongside existing concrete.
Five-function control operates tilt, side shift, and both side plates independently or together. The live operator display and button controls make adjustments accessible, while the self-leveling floating design follows surface contours for consistent passes.
Every configuration includes the selected electrical controller. Choose the connection that matches your loader, including manufacturer-specific high-flow systems. Standard asphalt picks are included, or select the width-matched concrete pick package.
Hydraulic suitability depends on both flow and pressure. The 18-inch model requires at least 26 GPM, while wider models need more flow at lower operating pressure. Confirm the exact flow-pressure combination, case drain, electrical system, and loader capacity before ordering. Match the controller and actual hydraulic flow at operating pressure to your loader before use.
