DESCRIPTION

The Virnig 6-Way Dozer Blade gives the operator hydraulic angle and tilt control for grading and moving material. Angle the blade up to 30° left or right and tilt it up to 10° from inside the cab, allowing the cutting position to be changed as the work moves across a site.

The combination of angle and tilt helps direct material to the side while shaping the surface beneath the blade. A ⅝″ × 8″ reversible steel bolt-on edge provides the working contact surface and can be turned as it wears. NitroSteel® cylinder rods and Teflon®-coated pivot bushings equip the moving hydraulic connections.

Choose the blade width around the loader, working space, and material being moved, and confirm the required hydraulic and control connections. This is a grading and dozing blade without a trip edge or trip moldboard. Its rigid working arrangement should be considered when selecting the attachment for the surface and obstacles expected on the job.
