The Virnig Skid Steer Auger Drive powers compatible auger bits for drilling work with a loader-mounted hydraulic drive. Planetary reduction converts motor speed into usable drilling torque, while bidirectional rotation allows the operator to drive the bit into the ground or reverse it when withdrawing from the hole.

The direct-drive motor includes hydraulic pressure relief protection. Hoses route from the top of the housing, keeping the connections above the drilling area and allowing deeper work with compatible 12″ diameter bits. Drive choices let the attachment be matched to the loader's available hydraulic flow and the required bit size.

For tougher drilling conditions, the AUGHT36 high-torque option provides additional torque compared with the standard AUG36 drive. Select the output collar, motor, and bit together so the mechanical connection and hydraulic requirements agree. Auger bits are sold separately; choose a bit style and diameter for the soil and the hole being drilled.
