The Virnig V20 Mini Skid Steer Auger Drive powers compatible bits for drilling with a mini loader. Its planetary reduction drive converts hydraulic motor rotation into drilling torque, while bidirectional operation lets the operator rotate the bit forward for digging or reverse it when withdrawing from the hole.

The direct-drive motor includes hydraulic pressure relief protection. Hoses route from the top of the housing to keep the connections above the drilling area, allowing deeper work with compatible 12″ diameter bits. The frame can accommodate 4′ bits when the loader has the required hinge-pin height of at least 80″.

Choose the drive output and hydraulic configuration around the mini skid steer and the bit required for the job. Check the carrier geometry before selecting a four-foot bit rather than assuming every mini loader can raise it adequately. Auger bits are separate selections and must match the output collar, drive limits, and soil conditions.
