The Virnig V40 Snow / Light Material Bucket carries bulky, low-density material such as snow and mulch. Its higher-volume shape lets the loader gather more light material in each load than a compact dirt bucket, making it useful for clearing piles and moving loose material around a property or yard.

The bucket uses a 3⁄16″ shell and side plates, with ⅜″ side edges and gussets. A ¾″ × 6″ weld-on edge forms the leading working surface. The SLHV96 model also includes internal vertical braces, so construction details should be checked for the selected width rather than assumed identical throughout the family.

Select the size around the loader, the travel space, and the material being moved. Light-material capacity is a volume advantage, not a higher lifting rating, and wet or compacted snow can be much heavier than loose powder. Check the complete bucket and contents against the carrier's capacity before filling and carrying a load.
