The Virnig V50 Skeleton Tine Grapple reaches beneath brush and logs with an open front and open sides. This layout is useful for gathering long or irregular material that does not fit neatly inside a conventional bucket, while the open floor allows loose soil to fall away from the load.

Each tine is made from one piece of steel, and full gusseting reinforces the tines for repeated handling work. The upper grapple secures material against the lower frame, allowing the operator to hold a mixed brush pile together while carrying it. The open-sided STG design also gives projecting material room beyond the attachment's nominal width.

NitroSteel® cylinder rods and Teflon®-coated bushings equip the hydraulic pivots, and cylinder guards are standard. Select a model that suits the carrier's capacity and the material you normally handle. Long loads can move the center of gravity outward, so account for load position as well as attachment weight when planning the lift.
