DESCRIPTION

The Virnig V60 Skeleton Rock Grapple is built for collecting rocks and securing bulky, uneven debris on larger cleanup jobs. The open lower frame lets loose soil fall through, while the rock dam and notches near the tine tips help hold stones in place before the upper grapple closes around the load.

One-piece steel tines form the lower frame, with the V60 HSRGV family using ½″ Grade 80 tines. This heavier tine arrangement distinguishes it from the V50 rock grapple rather than simply adding another width choice. The upper grapple helps retain irregular loads while the operator carries them away from the sorting area.

Standard cylinder guards shield the hydraulic cylinders, and NitroSteel® rods with Teflon®-coated pivot bushings equip the moving assembly. Select the model around the loader's capacity, attachment weight, and the rocks or debris you expect to handle. The open floor is intended for separation, rather than containing fine material like a solid-bottom bucket.

KEY BENEFITS

  • Every tine is made from one piece of steel for maximum rigidity.
  • Rock dam and notch near tine tips hold rocks securely.
  • Nitrosteel® cylinder rods and Teflon® coated bushings on all pivots.
  • Standard with cylinder guards.
  • Virnig v60 skeleton rock grapple secures rocks and uneven loads while its open bottom lets loose soil fall through.
