The Virnig V60 Two-Cylinder Pipe & Mat Pallet Fork Grapple handles pipe, mats, and palletized material with fork tines and independent clamp arms. The lower forks support the load while the grapple arms hold it against them, adding retention for materials that can shift when carried on an ordinary pallet fork.

Available 48″ and 60″ ITA Class 2 forged tines allow the fork length to be selected around the material being moved. Adjustable tine spacing positions the lower support points, while the two-cylinder grapple arrangement provides the clamping function. This is the pipe and mat configuration, distinct from Virnig's four-cylinder pipe fork grapple.

NitroSteel® cylinder rods and Teflon®-coated pivot bushings equip the moving hydraulic connections. Select the tine rating and attachment weight around the carrier's actual capacity, accounting for the load's position out on the forks. The grapple improves retention, but it does not increase the loader's lifting capacity or replace appropriate load handling practices.
