MOST IMPORTANT FEATURES

TERRAIN-FOLLOWING DESIGN

FREE FLOATING DESIGN AUTOMATICALLY ADAPTS TO UNEVEN GROUND IN ALL DIRECTIONS WHILE ALLOWING FULL DOWN PRESSURE.

HYDRAULIC IMPACT RELIEF

HYDRAULIC CROSSOVER RELIEF VALVE PROTECTS THE ATTACHMENT BY ANGLING THE BLADES UPON IMPACT.

INDEPENDENT BLADE ANGLE

INDEPENDENTLY ANGLE EACH BLADE 30° FORWARD OR BACKWARD FROM INSIDE THE CAB.

TRIP-EDGE PROTECTION

THE TRIP EDGE YIELDS WHEN IT MEETS AN OBSTRUCTION TO HELP LIMIT IMPACT LOADS.

DESCRIPTION

The Virnig V60 V-Snow Blade changes shape for breaking into drifts, windrowing, or gathering snow. Each blade wing angles independently up to 30° forward or backward from the cab, allowing the operator to change the working arrangement as the snow depth, route, and placement needs change.

A free-floating design follows uneven ground in multiple directions while still allowing full down pressure. The hydraulic crossover relief valve lets the blades angle upon impact, and the trip edge provides a yielding contact edge. Together, these features help the blade accommodate changing surfaces and unexpected obstructions during controlled plowing.

The ⅝″ × 8″ reversible steel bolt-on edge provides up to 5½″ of wear. Select the width and hydraulic control setup for the loader and clearing area, checking the usable path in the intended blade position. The independently moving wings distinguish this configuration from a conventional one-piece angle snow blade.

KEY BENEFITS

  • Free floating design automatically adapts to uneven ground in all directions while allowing full down pressure.
  • Hydraulic crossover relief valve protects the attachment by angling the blades upon impact.
  • Independently angle each blade 30° forward or backward from inside the cab.
  • Trip edge protects operator and equipment.
  • 5/8″ x 8″ reversible steel bolt-on edge allows 5 1/2″ of wear.
