DESCRIPTION

The Virnig V70 Tree Disc Mulcher clears trees and woody vegetation with a 60″ Quadco® cutting disc. Its disc-based cutting arrangement suits land clearing work where the operator needs to engage standing material and process it beneath a reinforced deck, using a compatible high-flow skid steer or track loader.

A bent-axis piston motor with relief valves drives the fully machined, balanced disc. Bolt-on steel tooth mounts carry four-sided teeth that can be rotated and replaced as they wear, with carbide teeth available as another choice. Three deck-mounted teeth and a recutter bar provide additional processing inside the cutting area.

The interior deck uses ⅜″ Grade 80 steel, and motor and spindle guards are standard. Match the selected setup to a loader supplying 30-50 GPM within the 4,500 PSI maximum operating pressure. Confirm carrier capacity, required hydraulic connections, and operator guarding before use, and never operate the mulcher without a shatterproof cab.
