DESCRIPTION

The Virnig Wide Rail Pallet Fork Hex-Guard pairs a wider rail frame with adjustable forged tines and the classic Virnig backrest. It provides another frame layout for pallet handling where the wider tine positioning range is useful, while keeping the familiar Hex-Guard arrangement behind the load.

The 3⁄16″ brickguard sits flush with the tines to help stabilize material held against the frame. A ¾″ beveled rail carries the forks, and bracing centered on the quick-attach area assists with loader hookup. The bolt-on step can be installed on either side to suit the machine's access arrangement.

Choose the fork length and rating around pallet depth, load position, and the loader's actual lifting limits. A wider frame does not increase the carrier's rated capacity. This configuration is the wide rail alternative to the standard Hex-Guard model, allowing the frame layout and backrest style to be selected together for the handling task.
